Washington, D.C. Police are searching for suspects in connection with a convenience store heist in which $10,000 in cash was stolen from the register and an ATM.
According to authorities, security cameras saw two suspects on Saturday at 12:35 a.m. climbing a ladder to the roof of Wheeler Market in Southeast Washington, D.C. Subsequently, the two suspects burst through the ceiling of the address and entered through the roof.
Authorities assert that they burned the $9,965 they had taken from an ATM. The thieves set off an alarm after robbing the cash register of fifty dollars. The two left the scene through the roof.
