EL PASO, Texas– Hospitals in Texas like El Paso will soon be airlifting clients to various other health-care facilities in Texas in an initiative to deal with a record-setting rise of Covid-19 situations, According to Kvia.
Regional health centers are working with the Border Regional Advisory Council, or BorderRAC, to collaborate on airlifting patients requiring critical care to various other Hospitals in Texas.
The move was revealed in a declaration provided by College Medical Fixate Saturday night.
Whether clients are airlifted will be a voluntary decision made by individuals and also their families.
Airlifting will be done on a limited basis, if required, with approximately 20 patients being airlifted in a 24-hour duration.
Additionally, Hospitals in Texas will undoubtedly be sending three or four fully functional outdoor tents with personnel and devices to help with the Covid reaction.
UMC will be accessing least among those camping tents. They will be organized in the Texas Technology University Wellness Sciences Facility parking area, located straight behind UMC’s primary school.
Each outdoor tent will have the ability to fit between 17 to 20 patients and help with emergency division overload.
